Painting workshops with Rebecca Hurst Near Winchester

Art & Painting Workshops in Owslebury – Rebecca Hurst

Join me for an inspirational day of painting using Acrylic and Mixed Media at the Village Hall in Owslebury, near Winchester! All materials are included, so you can just bring your curiosity and sense of fun.

My workshops are suitable for all abilities. A lot of people I’ve taught haven’t painted since school and were put off because they felt they had to create a perfect picture. I used to think the same — that I wasn’t good enough. A few years ago, I discovered that you gain confidence through doing the art, even if you’re not entirely happy with the end result. The real joy comes from the act of creating, exploring colours, textures, and techniques.

This is what I teach in my workshops (among other things)
