My prints are specially made to order, however, your satisfaction is paramount.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost to you. To help me assist you quickly, please include photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item you received.

Commissions
Commissions are tailored specifically to your requests and preferences. As such, all sales of commissioned artwork are final. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on these unique pieces.

Your Peace of Mind
I understand commissioning art is an investment in something special. Rest assured, throughout the creation process, I will maintain open communication to ensure the final piece meets your expectations. Should you have any concerns or specific requirements, we will discuss these before the creation of your artwork begins. 

Originals
I offer a 30-day return period on my original artworks to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not entirely happy with your piece, please contact me within 30 days using the contact form HERE, and we can arrange for the return. As the customer, you'll be responsible for securely packaging the artwork and covering the return postage. Once the artwork arrives back to me in good condition, I will issue a full refund.
