Where do you ship to?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. I’ll keep you updated with an estimated delivery date once your order is on its way.

Are the prints ready to ship or made to order?

All of my prints are ready to ship and are dispatched directly from the print company to ensure swift delivery.

What kind of paper are the prints made on?

Each print is crafted on heavyweight, archival-quality paper designed to last a lifetime.

Can I return a print?

How do I commission a piece?

To commission a piece, simply fill out the contact form on my commissions page with your ideas. I will then reach out to either add you to my waitlist or arrange a follow-up discussion to explore your vision.

Can I return commissioned artwork?

Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned work, returns are not accepted. However, I ensure you are completely satisfied with the artwork before it's finalised.

What framing options are available?

Some original artworks come pre-framed. If not, I'm happy to offer guidance on framing. Simply fill out my contact form or give me a call to discuss your options.

Can I pay in installments?

If you select PayPal at checkout. you are able to split your purchase into four interest-free payments, with the first payment due at the time of purchase and the remaining payments spread over six weeks. For commissions, I ask for a 50% deposit prior to starting and the remaining 50% on completion.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

I often offer promotions - sign up to my exclusive email list here to be the first to hear of new releases and promotions.

How can I ensure my commissioned piece matches the colours in my room?

My approach is intuitive, focusing on creating artwork that resonates personally with you. While we’ll discuss the mood you want to evoke, my aim is to provide something truly unique that enhances your space, rather than simply matching existing colours.

How much do commissions cost?

Commission costs vary depending on size and requirements - if you are interested in a commission, head over to my commissions page here and fill out the contact form or request my brochure which includes some example sizes.

Can I request a specific subject for my commission?

Yes, but please bear in mind that my process is highly experimental and intuitive, so the painting will not be an exact replica of the subject. Instead, I focus on creating a specific mood through exploration and creativity, emphasising the importance of being bold and brave in the artistic journey.

Are deposits for commissions refundable?

Deposits for commissions are non-refundable. This policy ensures that both time and resources are dedicated to your project from the start. Since each piece is highly personalised and requires a significant commitment, the deposit covers the initial stages of planning, research, and materials, which cannot be recovered once work begins.

Do you offer gift certificates for prints, originals or commissions?

Yes, I do! Contact me to request a gift certificate, which can be sent either by post or email. Use the contact form on my contact page to get started here.

Can I return an original?

Yes! Your satisfaction is important to me. If you find that the artwork purchased from the website doesn't suit your space or expectations, you are welcome to return it within 30 days for a full refund, excluding any deposits.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, flexible payment plans are available. Contact me to tailor a plan that suits you. For commissions, a 50% deposit is required, with the rest payable in instalments.

How do you ship your artwork?

I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely! Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials, placed in sturdy packaging, and secured to prevent any movement during transit.

Is shipping insurance included?

Absolutely. I include shipping insurance to cover any rare instances of loss or damage during transit, giving you peace of mind.
