Where do you ship to?

I ship to the UK and internationally. Shipping costs
are calculated at checkout. If you have further question about shipping, please

Do you accept returns?

Yes. I want you to be completely happy with your
purchase.

If you change you mind, you can contact me via email info@rebecccahurstart.co.uk within 14 days to request a refund. 

You will need to be responsible for packaging and shipping. Once I have received the painting back safely, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Do you accept  payment in instalments?

You can pay in installments when you reach checkout if you pay with Paypal. At checkout, simply select 'Alternative Payment Method to select Paypal.

For commissions, I request 50% deposit upfront to secure your pace on my commissions waiting list and the final amount on completion.

What are your framing options?

Most of my original work comes ready framed. However, there will be instances where a frame is not included. If this is the case, I can either take the painting to the framers on your behalf. There will be additional charges for my time and the costs of the frame.
